Contains the home office of the Michlig AgriCenter company and the historic Manlius First State Bank Building. The bank is a rare existing example of the work of the architect Parker Barry, a chief designer for Louis Sullivan. No longer a functioning bank, the Manlius Historical Society holds their meetings there. The bank can be viewed by contacting one of the Manlius Historical Society members or make it to one of their monthly meetings held in the bank.
